Verizon and AT&T both work in the area, but you may experience cell service disruption with other carriers. We welcome your children but you are solely responsible for their safety and they cannot be left unattended as the home is surrounded by steep 40-50 ft cliffs. The home is surrounded by amazing wildlife, including a family of foxes that live by the cliffs. They are nocturnal but please use caution. We try to keep the area clean but they may leave waste. There is state-of-the-art technology throughout the home, which you will need to control. If you do not enjoy using technology, it may not be the right experience. We are constantly making improvements to the tech, but you do not have to stress about getting locked out or being unable to turn on the lights should it malfunction, as there is an easy, manual work around for all.
