With smart automation technology, total home control is at your fingertips from unlocking the door to turning on the lights. There are also smart TVs, a projector, hot tub, Peloton and treadmill. Just take your things and go. -Bedrooms- The property has 2 king bedrooms on opposite sides of the home with smart TVs. All mattresses use the latest in sleep technology with extremely soft bedding sets so you can get a better night’s sleep than you do at home. The bedrooms are designed to be open concept, so although they have walls that offer privacy – they do not actually have doors that close. -Kitchen- The kitchen is fully outfitted for all of your cooking needs – with a Nespresso coffee maker, cooking basics (oil, spice rack), top-grade cookware, appliances like a toaster and a blender, and dishwasher. The dining table can fit up to 4. -Workstations- The home has super fast WiFi (300+ mbps) and two amazing state-of-the-art workstations with the most amazing views you’ll have see, each complete with a 38” monitor, 4K camera, high-quality microphone and ergonomic Herman Miller Aeron chair. -Fitness Center- The gym has a Peloton and treadmill for use, and a hot tub outdoors. To get around, a car is best and the home has parking for 5 vehicles – but our Concierge can also recommend local taxi providers if you’d prefer. We want you to feel at home and have a restful, stress-free stay. There is no to-do list when you check-out. Just take your things and go! You will be required to climb a set of stairs to enter the property. The home is very safe and built to withstand inclement weather, but it may rattle or shake – it’s a one-of-a-kind experience for those who love storm-watching but may not be everyone’s preference. Due to the home’s position overlooking a 200 ft cliff, it is extremely dangerous for children to be left unattended. We recommend leaving the little ones at home, but if you do bring them along – you are solely responsible for their safety. There is state-of-the-art technology throughout the home, which you will need to control. If you do not enjoy using technology, it may not be the right experience. We are constantly making improvements to the tech, but you do not have to stress about getting locked out or being unable to turn on the lights should it malfunction, as there is an easy, manual work around for all. No smoking or vaping inside. Open flames including candles are also prohibited. Exceptions are birthday candles or fire in a designated fire pit or fireplace.
